Washoe County Behavioral Health Center
A vacant behavioral health facility in Reno is being renewed into a public behavioral health center serving Northern Nevada. Early CM-at-Risk collaboration, BIM-driven planning, and comprehensive systems upgrades support adaptive reuse, expanding care capacity while delivering modern, resilient healthcare infrastructure through coordinated construction.
Echo Loder Elementary School Replacement
A phased campus replacement will deliver a new two-story elementary school on an existing site. The new facility will be completed before the original school is removed, maintaining operations throughout construction. Final demolition creates space for a new playground and outdoor learning areas.
Wolf Pack Fieldhouse - University of Nevada, Reno
Construction is underway on the UNR indoor fieldhouse, led by Tolles Development in partnership with the University and design team. Decades of campus experience and early collaboration ensured an efficient, budget-conscious project. The facility will serve athletes, students, and the community—enhancing campus life, wellness, and opportunities for all.
TMFPD Station 37
The Station 37 expansion adds a new apparatus bay, backup power, and modern amenities to a previously constrained fire station site. Connected directly to a converted residence, the project enhances emergency response operations while respecting the scale and character of the surrounding Hidden Valley neighborhood. The station remained operational during construction.
TMFPD Station 35
Fire Station 35 expands emergency services for Truckee Meadows Fire Protection District along I-80. Plenium Builders, serving as CMAR, completed preconstruction on schedule and budget with H+K Architects and stakeholders. The 13,000-square-foot station, supported by Apple’s contribution, enhances emergency response and supports regional growth alongside I-80 corridor improvements.
NV Legislative Building West Addition & Security Plaza
Plenium Builders is expanding and modernizing the Nevada Legislative Building, delivering a 13,000-square-foot addition with enhanced security, improved meeting spaces, and new amenities. The project, designed by Paul Cavin, Architect and Ethos Three Architecture, will ensure a high-quality experience for lawmakers and visitors.
Northern Nevada Public Health TB Clinic
Northern Nevada Public Health’s new 7,000-square-foot tuberculosis clinic will enhance safety, expand capacity, and streamline care with advanced negative air pressure exam rooms and modern facilities. Plenium Builders’ preconstruction services, including value engineering, BIM integration, and procurement planning, ensured the project meets community needs and maximizes resources for this transformative endeavor.
John McGraw and Silver Sage Apartments Renovations - Reno Housing Authority
Phased rehabilitation of a 14-building senior and disabled housing community delivered through a CM-at-Risk approach. Interior renovations, system upgrades, and exterior improvements strengthened long-term performance while preserving resident stability. Completed ahead of schedule through early collaboration, reliable timelines, and coordinated execution.
Incline High School Expansion
Construction in Tahoe demanded careful phasing, winter coordination, and attention to strict environmental rules. Crews delivered a three-story expansion with culinary arts space, ROTC upgrades, and a student hub, along with after-hours security retrofits. The result is a functional, inspiring learning environment shaped by regional expertise and on-the-ground collaboration.
Dick Scott Manor - Reno Housing Authority
Dick Scott Manor is a 12-unit permanent supportive housing project for veterans at risk of homelessness. Funded by ARPA and foundation grants, and owned by the Reno Housing Authority, it was delivered by Plenium Builders with full funding compliance, constructability input, and expert coordination on a tight urban infill site.
City of Reno Public Safety Center
An award-winning adaptive reuse, this project transformed a newspaper plant into Reno’s public safety headquarters with major demolition, seismic upgrades, and custom systems for police operations. Sustainable features and close collaboration shaped a facility ready for emergencies and the City’s evolving needs—demonstrating how smart teamwork can strengthen community resilience.
City of Reno Development Services Department Offices

John Bohach Elementary School
Bohach Elementary School advances the District’s prototype model with refined systems and durable, energy-efficient design. Built through a competitive hard-bid process following the success of Nick Poulakidas Elementary School, it reflects continued collaboration and trust among all partners, maintaining quality and consistency across the District’s growing portfolio of modern schools.
Michael Inskeep Elementary School
Michael Inskeep Elementary School extends the Washoe County School District’s prototype elementary school model with refined systems, coordinated sequencing, and sustainable design. It includes 28 classrooms, three “Hub” spaces, and a STEAM lab, reflecting the continued partnership, efficiency, and quality established through the District’s evolving series of next-generation elementary schools.
Nick Poulakidas Elementary School
This first-of-its-kind elementary school established the District’s prototype model for next-generation campuses. Delivered through a CM-at-Risk process, it introduced new program elements and advanced coordination standards. A proactive safety culture, strong communication, and disciplined preconstruction efforts shaped a successful model now used across the District’s elementary school program.
University Arts Building - University of Nevada, Reno
Constructed on a constrained campus site, the University Arts Building required precise logistics, vibration-isolated assemblies, and complex acoustic coordination. A scaffold “dance floor” enabled ceiling system installation within the recital hall, while Nevada’s first use of the SAM100 brick robot improved production rates, safety, and façade precision.
Northern Nevada Correctional Center compliance retrofit
This CMAR retrofit improved safety and accessibility code compliance across NNCC housing, medical, visitor, restroom, shower, program, and support areas. Working for SPWD on behalf of NNCC, Plenium Builders helped plan and sequence construction around security protocols, occupied operations, tool control, shutdowns, and durable correctional-grade accessibility requirements.
