Building the Backbone of Fulfillment
At the edge of a bustling materials yard in Sparks, Nevada, a precisely organized warehouse buzzes with the steady rhythm of fulfillment—packages sorted, picked, and loaded for contractors and customers across the region. This is the heart of Western Nevada Supply’s operations, designed to keep up with rising demand and built to move with maximum efficiency.
Built for Throughput and Flexibility
With growing e-commerce and regional supply needs, Western Nevada Supply expanded their campus with a 74,500-square-foot pre-engineered metal building and remodel of adjacent areas—totaling nearly 89,000 square feet. The design incorporates fast-pick racking zones, audit and packing areas, forklift charging infrastructure, and dock-ready framing. Interior finishes include polished concrete floors, high-clearance storage, and layout efficiencies tailored to material flow.
Seamless Coordination with Daily Operations
Construction activities were carefully sequenced to maintain daily operations. Owner-provided systems like racking and dock equipment were coordinated closely throughout. The project also included an expanded employee breakroom and layout accommodations for future growth.
A Decade of Partnership and Progress
This warehouse is part of a much larger transformation. Over the last ten years, Western Nevada Supply has upgraded nearly every corner of their Sparks campus—showroom, tenant improvements, and a dedicated paint building—partnering with the same PB construction team throughout.
Continuing the Vision
That trusted collaboration continues today. A new warehouse expansion is now underway, being delivered under a design-build contract. The latest phase builds on lessons learned and integrates logistics-focused infrastructure, civil upgrades, and structural flexibility to support the future of Western Nevada Supply’s business.
