A New Headquarters for Collaboration and Innovation

When Jensen Infrastructure decided to relocate from Sparks to Reno’s Double Diamond area, they set out to create a modern headquarters that would consolidate leadership and operational teams into one dynamic, well-equipped facility. The goal was straightforward: a space that supports productivity, reflects the company’s brand, and provides flexibility for future growth.

Purpose-Driven Interior Design

This interior tenant improvement transformed a blank shell into a light-filled, vibrant environment. The layout balances private offices, collaborative areas, and client-facing spaces, with circulation patterns that make navigation intuitive. Bright finishes and colorful accents give the workplace energy, while multiple display areas showcase the company’s history, products, and achievements.

Spaces for Connection and Growth

Key program areas include a reconfigurable training room, large breakroom, leadership offices, conference facilities, engineering and sales work zones, and a welcoming reception. The training room can shift from technical workshops to large meetings with minimal setup, while the breakroom doubles as a gathering place for events.

Coordinated Delivery with Design Assist Subcontractors

Plenium Builders brought in design assist subcontractors early in the process, ensuring that mechanical, electrical, and other key systems were well-integrated into the overall design. This proactive approach minimized rework, allowed for efficient installation, and kept the project moving smoothly through construction. While the project scope was straightforward, the team applied the same disciplined planning and coordination used on more complex builds.

On Time, On Budget, On Brand

The project was delivered very close to budget and ready for occupancy on schedule. Staff transitioned from the Sparks location without disruption to day-to-day operations. Today, the headquarters supports Jensen’s full range of services—from engineering and sales to ecommerce and client support—while providing a vibrant environment that fosters collaboration and reinforces the company’s identity.
