Originally from Arizona, Zach discovered construction while working with a developer and experiencing the process of turning an empty lot into a home. Beginning in finish carpentry, he gained a foundation in fine detail work before expanding his skills across most trades involved in residential construction. He later spent several years in the Midwest, where he led teams on demanding projects, including a high-rise completed during the challenges of the pandemic. Zach appreciates the dynamic environment of construction and the opportunity to deliver homes that families will enjoy for years to come. He is known for his collaborative style, craftsmanship, and commitment to taking ownership in his work. Outside of the job, he is an avid reader who enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, and hunting.
