Dustin discovered his passion for construction early, tagging along with his dad on project sites and watching firsthand as ideas became reality. That early exposure sparked a lasting fascination with how buildings come together and what it takes to make them work. He brings that same energy to every project, taking pride in being part of the full process—from start to finish. Known for his strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset, Dustin is someone teams can count on to keep things moving and get results. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, camping, snowboarding, golfing, and spending time with friends and family over a good game or day outdoors.
