Cavan Van Geem

Project Manager

Cavan has always been fascinated by the built environment and the way people shape the spaces around them. His interest in human behavior and history led him to earn a B.A. in anthropology from the University of Nevada, Reno, while also gaining hands-on experience as a construction laborer. He later worked as a project manager for a woodworking firm, where he became increasingly drawn to construction management and the teamwork behind bringing a project to life. Cavan also earned an associate degree in construction management from Truckee Meadows Community College. Easygoing, resourceful, and a strong communicator, he is quick to step in, resolve issues, and track down answers. Outside of work, Cavan enjoys woodworking and playing guitar.
