From Northern Nevada job sites to some of the most extreme working environments on earth, Dianna’s path into construction reflects a curiosity about how projects come together and the role they play in strengthening communities. Growing up in the region, she saw firsthand how construction supports growth and creates lasting positive impact. She holds a master’s degree in mining, geological, and geophysical engineering, supported by a strong foundation in geophysics and applied fieldwork. Dianna enjoys the collaborative nature of construction and the teamwork required to execute complex ideas. Her strengths include organization, communication, and working closely with contractors and project teams to ensure scopes are clearly defined and work progresses efficiently. Prior to joining Plenium, she spent two seasons in Antarctica as a polar seismic engineer, including work upgrading the Mount Erebus Seismological Network while living and working in demanding field conditions. Outside of work, Dianna enjoys long-distance hiking, international travel, kayaking, and spending time outdoors with her corgi.
