Built for Flexibility

North Valleys Commerce Center Building C is a 155,000-square-foot Class A industrial facility developed by Prism Realty Corporation to support a wide range of operational needs. Located on North Virginia Street in Reno, the building can be leased in full or divided for mid-size tenants. It features 28-foot clear height, 21 dock-high doors, three grade-level doors, and generously spaced columns for efficient racking and storage. The building’s insulated membrane roof and ESFR fire suppression system make it well-suited for logistics, warehousing, or light manufacturing.

Thinking Ahead on a Tight Site

Limited space on the site required creative thinking during construction. With no room to tilt concrete wall panels from inside the footprint, the team developed a practical solution: they increased the slab thickness from six to seven inches. This adjustment allowed safe exterior lifting of the panels while also increasing the slab’s strength and long-term durability—helping future tenants adapt the space to their needs.

Paving the Way Before Winter

Ongoing delays in infrastructure delivery from NV Energy posed a risk to the schedule as winter approached. To stay ahead, the team fast-tracked site paving through early coordination with the sitework subcontractor and strong collaboration with the owner. Getting the pavement down before freeze conditions set in helped the project avoid rework, delays, and added cost.

A Strategic Addition to the Market

With Building C, Prism Realty continues to expand its presence in Northern Nevada’s industrial market. As general contractor, Plenium Builders supported that vision through hands-on coordination, practical problem-solving, and value-driven delivery—resulting in a durable and flexible facility built to serve tenants for years to come.
