Originally from Northern California, Seth discovered construction through hands-on work at a family-owned general engineering firm, where he assisted with concrete formwork and residential remodels. He later pursued a degree in civil engineering at Oregon State University, pairing it with a minor in business and entrepreneurship. What drew him to construction was the chance to be part of something tangible—he enjoys seeing a project take shape from start to finish and working closely with others to make it happen. Seth brings a team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic to every job, known for staying positive, dependable, and ready to put in the extra effort. Outside of work, he spends time skiing, fishing, and playing golf.
