Patrick Rucker
Project Executive
Curiosity about how things get built led Patrick into construction, where he’s spent his career shaping the built environment across Nevada. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University and has worked extensively in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure markets. His experience includes directing millions of square feet of warehouse, distribution, and laboratory projects, along with developing internal design standards for industrial facilities in both northern and southern Nevada. With a background that includes environmental compliance leadership for a national heavy/civil contractor, he brings a practical understanding of site constraints, permitting, and infrastructure planning. Patrick is known for his steady leadership, responsiveness, and ability to guide complex projects forward through jurisdictional challenges and stakeholder alignment. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, fly fishing, bird hunting, snow skiing, and playing golf.
