Project Engineer

Like many of his teammates in this industry, Geno grew up around construction, grounded in examples of hardworking people building careers, businesses, and lives through commitment and teamwork, while creating things that endure and serve a purpose.

Motivated and inspired, he got involved by working in the field, learning the tools, and contributing wherever he could. He later earned a degree in business management from the University of Nevada, Reno, with minors in human resources and supply chain management, choosing that education to match his respect for the craft with the skills for a construction career.

Steady, hardworking, and team-focused, Geno brings purpose and drive to every job. He pairs a strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and a deep appreciation for seeing projects through. He finds real satisfaction in building something lasting; something that will be used and appreciated for years to come.

A Reno native, outside of work, you’ll find Geno golfing, skiing, or wake surfing on one of Northern Nevada’s many beautiful lakes.
