Drawn to construction from an early age, inspired by watching his father at work, Shane got his start as a carpenter in the Bay Area. He worked on high-rise and mid-rise projects that sparked a lasting love for building. Through a carpenter apprenticeship, Shane grew his skills and found he thrived on the variety and challenge each day brings. After earning an associate degree from Feather River College, he built a reputation for being observant, adaptable, and organized—always ready to help a team move a project ahead. For Shane, the best part of construction is seeing something real take shape and feeling the accomplishment when the job is done. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing or spending time with his family.
