Diego was drawn to construction by the craftsmanship, innovation, and teamwork it takes to turn a vision into something real. A Nevada native, he values the opportunity to contribute to projects that serve our community and leave a positive impact.

Diego's background includes university and healthcare philanthropy. He has helped connect donors with meaningful opportunities that support patients and families through new technologies, programs, and facilities, including the Conrad Breast Center in south Reno. That experience shaped his people-first approach to building strong partner relationships, understanding needs, and creating alignment around shared goals.

Driven, optimistic, and resilient, Diego brings a positive attitude, a commitment to continuous improvement, and a willingness to help those around him succeed. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring new places and supporting Wolf Pack basketball.
