Drawn to the pace and variety of construction, Bailey found a natural fit in an industry that rewards organization and follow-through. Inspired by her father to pursue construction, she built a strong foundation in project engineering and office management, developing standout skills in document control and scheduling. She enjoys that no two days are alike and approaches each one with determination, attention to detail, and an ambitious spirit. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys crafting, days on the water, and the occasional motorcycle ride.
