Project Engineer

Recruited to the University of Nevada, Reno as a linebacker for the Nevada Wolf Pack, Adam brought grit and focus to the field and the classroom while earning his degree in business management with a minor in human resources. He was introduced to construction by his father and deepened his interest through hands-on work operating equipment and supporting site development. What drew him to a career in construction was similar to what drove him as a player: the chance to work hard, stay productive, and see tangible results at the end of the day in a team environment where every role matters and everyone pulls their weight. He enjoys the pace, variety, and collaborative nature of construction, especially learning from experienced builders and contributing to projects with lasting impact. Known for his clear communication and quick thinking, Adam brings a resilient, team-first mindset to every job. He’s pursuing his MBA at UNR, a commitment to sharpening his skills and adding value wherever he can. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, trail riding, and exploring Nevada with friends and family.
