Surrounded by skilled tradesmen in his family, Garett found a natural path into construction. He began as a carpenter and steadily grew his expertise and leadership through roles as foreman, project manager, and superintendent. With nearly four decades in the industry, including 18 years at Q&D Construction, Garett has led teams on many complex, high-profile projects. He brings strong energy and focus to his work, with a steady hand in managing risk and driving projects forward. Now serving as a general superintendent, Garett is well-suited to the role—his broad experience, clear communication, and ability to keep multiple teams aligned make him a steady presence across jobsites. Known for his leadership and commitment to accountability, he works hard to keep teams aligned and clients satisfied. Outside of work, Garett enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, and staying active.
