Chad first discovered construction through a neighbor’s company, where he jumped in to lend a hand and never looked back. He grew up in Georgia, started his career in Montana, and eventually made his way west to Nevada—gaining hands-on experience with a variety of trades along the way.

He’s known for being dependable, consistent, and confident on the job. Chad thrives in fast-paced environments and believes the best work happens when everyone on the crew is engaged and having fun. He brings that energy to every project, along with the training and certifications needed to lead safely and effectively.

He takes pride in delivering quality work and keeping things moving, especially when expectations are high. Outside of work, Chad enjoys playing guitar and singing, fishing, and catching a ball game whenever he can.
