Garrett first explored construction through his interest in commercial diving. After completing rigorous training and certifications in underwater welding, topside welding, rigging, and offshore survival, he worked in high-pressure, team-based environments that demanded precision and resilience. That experience eventually led him to custom home building, where he found the same sense of challenge and purpose above the surface.

He enjoys the collaborative nature of construction, where trades and crew members bring their unique strengths together to complete something tangible. His background across multiple industries gives him a distinct perspective on jobsite management and team dynamics.

Garrett is known for staying calm under pressure, drawing from his varied experience to solve problems and keep things moving. Outside of work, he’s often outdoors—true to his adventurous and determined nature.
